Il quarto film di Elvis Presley, King Creole, è considerato da molti critici come la sua migliore prova cinematografica. Si tratta dell'ultimo film realizzato da Elvis prima di entrare nell'esercito, nella primavera del 1958 e anche il suo ultimo film in bianco e nero. Il brano "Hard Headed Woman" è stato il più grande successo della colonna sonora, ma tutti i brani vedono un Elvis in splendida forma. In questa nuova edizione è stato aggiunto come bonus il brano Wear My Ring Around Your Neck, originariamente pubblicato come singolo nello stesso anno.
