Grazie al loro album di debutto "Live for the Moment" del 2017 il quartetto di Sheffield The Sherlocks si è affermato come una delle band di riferimento della nuova scena inglese Alt-Rock e Indie. Ora la band è pronta ad iniziare un nuovo capitolo della propria carriera con il nuovo album "Under Your Sky" in uscita il 4 ottobre via Infectious/BMG. Se "Live for the Moment" era uno squarcio sulle sofferenze della gioventù, il nuovo album vede il frontman Kiaran Crooke scrivere canzoni che collegano lesuberanza dei giovani con la maturità e laspetto più riflessivo di una età più adulta. Il processo di registrazione di "Under Your Sky" è stato decisamente più strutturato rispetto al primo album: hanno trascorso 4 mesi, 5 giorni a settimana, nei Liverpools Parr Street Studios, con James Skelly dei The Coral alla produzione.
