Blinded By The Light: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack raccoglie 12 brani fondamentali della discografia di Bruce Springsteen, dalle canzoni di maggior successo a quelle più amate dai fan ("Born To Run", "Dancing In The Dark", "Hungry Heart", "Because The Night"), inclusa una traccia inedita: "I'll Stand By You". Nella colonna sonora di Blinded By The Light: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack saranno presenti anche due brani live: il primo è una rarissima versione di "The River" (tratta dal tour No Nukes '79 - Madison Square Garden, NYC 21 Settembre 1979) mentre il secondo è l'indimenticabile versione acustica di "The Promised Land" (tratta dal Concert for Valor - The National Mall, Washington DC, 11 Novembre 2014). Oltre ai brani di Bruce Springsteen nella colonna sonora sono state inserite tracce rappresentative degli anni in cui è ambientato il film ed alcuni dialoghi, oltre alla premiere di "For You My Love", un pezzo inedito scritto dal compositore A.R. Rahman ("Slumdog Millionaire"). Rahman ha vinto ben sei National Film Awards, due Academy Awards, due Grammy Awards, un BAFTA Award, un Golden Globe Award, quindici Filmfare Awards e diciassette Filmfare Awards South.
