è noto: quest'anno cade il 50. anniversario del mitico concerto di Woodstock del 1969. Meno noto, invece, il fatto che in quell'occasione i Creedence Clearwater Revival si fossero esibiti per un'ora infuocata. Il fatto che il gruppo avesse deciso di non figurare nel famoso film-documentario che ha immortalato l'evento non ha aiutato, certo. Ma ora l'album (in CD o doppio LP) LIVE AT WOODSTOCK registrato poco dopo BAYOU COUNTRY e seguito a breve da GREEN RIVER colmerà la lacuna riportando per la PRIMA VOLTA l'integrale di quell'incredibile esibizione, diventando così un nuovo, straordinario, imperdibile 'classico' del gruppo. E della storia del rock in generale.
