North Atlantic Oscillation e un trio scozzese che suona un progressive rock moderno con sonorita ?organiche? e melodie malinconiche. Il trio miscela sapientemente prog, pop, post rock, shoegaze e perfino elettronica, con una bellissima vena compositiva che li associa a Porcupine Tree (strano..), Sigur Ros, ultimi Anathema, Flaming Lips, Pink Floyd e Blackfield. ?The Third Day? e naturalmente il terzo album di questa band adesso pronta ad entrare nei cuori degli appassionati del PROG piu vario ed attuale.
