La Tristesse Durera (Scream To A Sigh)" il titolo, che significa "la tristezza continuerà ", ha un testo scritto dal punto di vista di un veterano di guerra e "Roses In The Hospital" che e stato il singolo piu alto in classifica dell'album. I mix delle scene dei club londinesi The Chemical Brother e l'icona della musica dance Ashley Beedle sono state le classiche rielaborazioni delle canzoni. L'artwork di questa release si ispira a un promo del club 12" uscito nel 1994 intitolato 'Done and Dusted' (i Chemical Brothers erano allora conosciuti come i Dust Brothers).
