Lunga ben cinque anni stata l\'attesa per il nuovo album dei Kills, che finalmente danno un successore a \'Blood Pressure\' Il disco, registrato tra una casa affittata a Los Angeles e gli Electric Lady Studios di New York, co-prodotto dallo stesso Hince insieme a John O Mahony (LCD Soundsystem, Strokes) e mixato da Tom Elmhirst (Adele, Arcade Fire, Amy Winehouse) e Tchad Blake (Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys). Lispirazione stata data dai soliti problemi di cuore insieme a un viaggio sulla Trans-Siberiana che Jamie ha deciso di intraprendere per trovare ispirazione, dopo un\'operazione alla mano a causa della quale ha dovuto praticamente re-imparare a suonare la chitarra.
