Il singolo che dà il titolo all'LP è la versione italiana di You Were on My Mind ed è il grande successo che porta il gruppo a vincere l'edizione del Cantagiro del 1966. Album prevalentemente costituito da cover contiene anche brani originali come Auschwitz di Francesco Guccini, Da Domani e Tu pretendi scritte da Maurizio Vandelli.
