Il giovane Lohman viene ingiustamente accusato da Hunter Boyd di avergli ucciso uno dei figli. Per sfuggire alla sua vendetta il ragazzo scappa; ma Hunter, con al seguito una schiera di uomini, lo insegue. Aiutato da un tale Bradley e poi da altre persone, Lohman è costretto a uccidere davvero per salvarsi. La resa dei conti avviene nel corso di un incendio nel quale sta per morire un altro figlio di Boyd. Sarà proprio Lohman a lanciarsi tra le fiamme per salvarlo...
