Fuori dalla sartoria Kingsman, Eggsy viene attaccato da Charlie, un viziato candidato che nel film precedente non aveva superato l'addestramento e ora è dotato di braccio robotico. La Kingsman viene poi attaccata e quasi annientata, tanto che rimangono solo Galahad - ossia Eggsy - e Merlino. Insieme scoprono che di fronte a una tale disperata emergenza devono rivolgersi ai cugini americani: gli Statesman, tra cui spiccano gli agenti Whisky, Tequila e Ginger Ale, mentre a capo del tutto c'è Champagne. Insieme a loro cercheranno di sventare lo spietato piano di Poppy, una potentissima narcotrafficante che sta ricattando il governo degli Stati Uniti per ottenere la legalizzazione di ogni tipo di droga.
