Keoma, un meticcio con sangue indiano, torma nel suo paese natio dopo aver combattuto la guerra di Secessione. Purtroppo trova la situazione molto cambiata: la cittadina è nelle mani del perfido Caldwell e tutti gli sono contro, tranne il padre ed un vecchio amico di colore.
