Sono tempi duri nel Jersey per Tony Soprano. La recessione economica ha avuto effetti negativi sugli affari della famiglia. Sua moglie Carmela aspira ad una maggior sicurezza finanziaria. Alcuni tra i luogotenenti più anziani non condividono le sue ultime decisioni. Un boss rivale vuole una fetta più grande del giro d’affari dei sobborghi.
