Galveston
Roy Cady, a cui è stato diagnosticato un tumore terminale, è un delinquente al servizio di Stan, un boss di New Orleans. Sopravvissuto ad una trappola ordita da Stan per liberarsi definitivamente di lui, Roy fugge incontrando Rocky, una giovanissima prostituta. I due partono avendo come meta Galveston nel Texas ma facendo tappa a Orange dove Rocky ha un conto da regolare con il patrigno.
