La giovane australiana Clare è in visita turistica a Berlino e prova un particolare fascino per gli edifici dell'ex Repubblica Democratica Tedesca. Un giorno incontra Andi un seducente insegnante di inglese e tra i due l'attrazione è da subito reciproca tanto che nell'arco di due giorni e una notte finiscono con il fare sesso a casa di lui. Il mattino dopo Andi va a scuola e Clare si trova chiusa in casa. Pensa a una dimenticanza ma non è così.
