Non solo ha consolidato il successo di Cat nel Regno Unito e gli ha dato una nuova scintillante carriera negli Stati Uniti, ma lo ha anche messo sulla strada della superstar mondiale. Per commemorare il 50. anniversario dell'album arriva questo definitivo cofanetto super lusso con un nuovo remaster 2020 agli Abbey Road Studios di Geoff Pesche, supervisionato dal produttore originale Paul Samwell-Smith, e un nuovo Mix 2020 su CD di David Hefti. Il cofanetto comprende anche la rivisitazione di Yusuf del settembre 2020 "Tea For The Tillerman 2", un quarto CD esclusivo di outtakes, versioni alternative e demo, e un quinto con 25 performance live del 1971. Sono inoltre presenti un LP in vinile gatefold e un E.P. live da 12 pollici in vinile delle registrazioni di Troubadour e, su Blu-ray, il video promo originale di 'Father & Son', oltre a performance dal vivo, e l'audio HD del nuovo Mix 2020 di 'Tea For The Tillerman'.
