Lo scorso giugno 2016 il leggendario chitarrista Ritchie Blackmore ha compiuto il tanto atteso ritorno sulle scene con i suoi Rainbow, esibendosi per tre grandi show in Europa, due in Germania e uno in Inghilterra. I due spettacoli tedeschi a Loreley e Bietigheim sono stati immortalati in questa release, un vero e proprio film/concerto: Memories In Rock. La setlist e composta da tutti i brani che un fan possa desiderare, grandi classici dei Deep Purple e dei Rainbow. La band ha suonato in maniera superba e Blackmore ha dimostrato ancora una volta di essere uno dei migliori chitarristi di tutti i tempi.
