Grateful Dead - Anthem Of The Sun (Remaster) ANTHEM OF THE SUN e il secondo album di studio dei Grateful Dead, pubblicato nel giugno 1968.Nel 1967 si unisce alla band il batterista e percussionista Mickey Hart, che apporta importanti novità sonore allo stile del gruppo.Con questo disco i Grateful Dead cercano infatti di riprodurre l'intensità creativa e sperimentale dei loro concerti dal vivo, fondendo alle parti registrate in studio molti estratti live, dando vita cosi ad un progetto ibrido, legato alle esperienze psichedeliche, con brani molto lunghi. Il disco infatti e diviso in due medley, suddivisi ognuno per facciata. Successivamente si aggiunge al complesso anche il tastierista Tom Constanten, che partecipa ai brani We leave the castle e la suite That's for the other one. Il disco con le edizioni successive subisce le rimasterizzazioni e nuovi remix. Qui viene ristampato in vinile nero con i remix del 71 e la rimasterizzazione del 2018. Tracklist Side A 1.
