Drifters - Under The Boardwalk - (CD) The Drifters e un gruppo musicale Doo-Wap / R&B che raggiunse il picco di popolarita  fra il 1953 ed il 1963 sfornando numerosi successi. Il gruppo fu inizialmente formato nel 1953 per fornire a Clyde McPhatter (dei Billy Ward & the Dominoes) un gruppo che lo accompagnasse. Successivamente con George Treadwell cambia la formazione e fa il suo ingresso Ben E. King, dando al gruppo vocale un suono piu Soul in grado di influenzare diverse generazioni e di dare vita a successi internazionali come "Up On The Roof", "Save The Last Dance For Me", "On Broadway" e molti altri.
