Il quarto film di Elvis Presley, King Creole, è considerato da molti critici come la sua migliore prova cinematografica. Si tratta dell'ultimo film realizzato da Elvis prima di entrare nell'esercito, nella primavera del 1958 e anche il suo ultimo film in bianco e nero.
