Hugo Cabret
Hugo Cabret è un orfano, che vive segretamente tra le mura della stazione ferroviaria di Montparnasse a Parigi negli anni trenta. Del padre orologiaio conserva un automa rotto che si ostina a voler riparare. Con l'aiuto dell'eccentrica Isabelle scopre che l'automa conserva segreti che riportano a galla vicende del passato. Sono storie e ricordi che coinvolgono anche il padrino della ragazza, Georges Méliès. Questi si rivela essere uno dei più grandi autori della storia del cinema e che credeva di essere stato dimenticato da tutti.
