Marathon - Mark Kelly'S Marathon - (CD)
Marathon è stata formata nel 2019 da Mark Kelly, il tastierista della Marillion. Insieme a Guy Vickers, Oliver M. Smith (cantante), Pete "Woody" Wood (chitarra), John Cordy (chitarra), Henry Rogers (batteria) e suo nipote Conal Kelly (basso), Mark Kelly ha trasformato la sua visione in realtà. Anche il compagno di band dei Marillion, Steve Rothery, si è unito alla band e ha contribuito con la chitarra solista alla canzone "Puppets". La band ha registrato il suo album di debutto in luoghi separati tra marzo e luglio 2020 durante il blocco. I membri della band si sono riuniti (alcuni si sono incontrati per la prima volta) ai Real World Studios di Peter Gabriel il 28 e 29 luglio per registrare e filmare una versione live dell'album, che sarà disponibile come Bonus DVD insieme all'album.
