Una raccolta di 11 classici scritti da Rhoads e suonati da venti nuovi artisti tra cui dei compagni di band come Rudy Sarzo e Frankie Banali, da suo fratello Kelle Rhoads e tantissimi altri famosi musicisti come Serj Tankiann, Tom Morello, Vinny Appice, Tim (Ripper) Owens, Chuck Billy, Alexi Laiho, George Lynch, Gus G., Bruce Kulick, Doug Aldrich, Dweezil Zappa e altri. Questo tributo è stato prodotto e concepito dal chitarrista/produttore vincitore di un Grammy Award, Bob Kulick, nei suoi studios. Amante della musica classica, Randy Rhoads, ha iniziato ad avvicinarsi al rockn roll a soli 16 anni quando formò i Quiet Riot. Nel 1979 venne scelto da Ozzy Osbourne come chitarrista della sua band solista e diventò co-autore dei brani piu famosi della storia del rock contenuti in Blizzard of Oz e Diary of a Madman diventando famosissimo per la sua tecnica che fondeva reminiscenze classiche con un eccellente hard rock.
