Il nostro pianeta è stato invaso da una razza aliena di Anime, che hanno preso definitivamente possesso dei corpi dei terrestri. Il mondo è diventato pacifico, pulito, sono scomparse le malattie e i crimini, ma anche la quasi totalità degli esseri umani. I sopravvissuti vivono in clandestinità nel deserto.
