Ripubblicato per la prima volta in vinile colorato in occasione del 40. anniversario del concerto tenuto allarena civica di milano il 14 giugno del 1979. lo spettacolo fu organizzato per raccogliere fondi al fine di curare una rara malattia che aveva colpito Demetrio Stratos, ma a causa della morte del cantante che avvenne un giorno prima del concerto, lesibizione divenne un lungo e commuovente tributo allartista in cui parteciparono i più grandi musicisti della scena prog italiana e non solo.
