Will Sheff (nato il 7 luglio 1976) e il frontman della band indie di Austin, Texas, Okkervil River (1998-oggi). Originario di Meriden, New Hampshire, e anche membro fondatore e coautore (insieme all\'ex compagno di band degli Okkervil Jonathan Meiburg) degli Shearwater (2001-2009), altra band di Austin. Sheff scrive e interpreta molte canzoni come artista solista mentre si destreggia tra gli Okkervil River e gli Shearwater, ma ha pubblicato un solo singolo come artista solista. Oltre a scrivere e cantare canzoni, suona chitarra, pianoforte, banjo e armonica.
