Richard Pinhas e uno dei piu importanti musicisti del panorama space-rock francese, grazie anche ai sette dischi realizzati con gli Heldon, negli anni \'70, e ai suoi lavori cinque lavori solisti, prima della sua pausa nel 1982. Sin dal suo ritorno nel \'90, Pinhas e stato nuovamente molto prolifico ed ha collaborato con luminari come Merzbow, Yoshida Tatsuya, Oren Ambarchi, Barry Cleveland e Wolf Eyes. Nel 2017 e uscito il suo primo lavoro per Bureau B, Reverse. Disponibile adesso la ristampa di Rhizosphere, suo primo lavoro solista uscito originariamente nel 1977.
