Questa incredibile raccolta svela registrazioni inedite o rarissime catturate nei contesti piu disparati, a partire da due brani in compagnia di Dizzy Gillespie al Billy Bergs nel 1945 e per finire in situazioni a dir poco bizzarre (come un chiacchierato party del 1952, terminato come narrano le cronache con una festa nudista). Restauro ad opera di Doug Benson presso gli Abbey Road Studios, lungo saggio - con foto rare e descrizioni delle serate - del produttore John Burton. Imperdibile.
