Love Stream s il nuovo album di Tim Hecker. Il disco stato registrato da Hecker tra il 2014 e il 2015 ai Greenhouse Studios a Reykjavik, in Islanda, assieme agli stessi collaboratori che avevano gi lavorato su Virgins (Kara - Lis Coverdale, Grmur Helgason) e allIcelandic Choir Ensemble (formazione guidata dagli arrangiamenti vocali di Johann Johannsson). Lalbum, come ha dichiarato l autore , parte dalle orchestrazioni avant - classiche e dal processing elettronico estremo del precedente Virgins per abbracciare colori pi malinconici. A quanto pare Tim Hecker, durante la scrittura della musica, ha immaginato una voce trascen dentale nellepoca dellauto - tune, da ottenere sovrapponendo vari livelli di tastiere, voci e altri apporti strumentali.
