Il nuovo album arriva dopo quasi tre anni dalla pubblicazione di Half Of Where You Live e, stando alle dichiarazioni dellartista, i lavori di composizione sono cominciati nel 2014 quando il produttore insieme alla fotografa Laura Lewis ha intrapreso lennesimo viaggio in Giappone dove Derwin Schlecker (vero nome di Gold Panda) ha trovato ancora una volta ispirazione per questo nuovo lavoro.
