Hofner Blue Notes è il diciannovesimo album in studio del cantautore britannico Chris Rea, pubblicato nel 2003 dalla sua etichetta discografica, Jazzee Blue. L'album faceva parte di una serie di album Blues e Jazz, preceduto dal diciottesimo lavoro strumentale Blue Street (Five Guitars) del 2003. L'album faceva parte dell'Hofner Blue Notes, un progetto dedicato alla chitarra Höfner dato che la prima chitarra elettrica di Rea era stat proprio una Höfner V3 del 1961 acquistata in un negozio di seconda mano mentre lavorava nella fabbrica di gelati di suo padre nei primi anni '70.
