Il disco contiene la registrazione ufficiale del concerto di debutto della formazione classica composta da Dead, Euronymous, Hellhammer e Necrobutcher del 24 novembre 1990. La registrazione è adesso pubblicata ufficialmente in CD per la prima volta, dopo anni di CD bootleg non autorizzati. Con libretto con interviste a Hellhammer, Samoth e Faust (Emperor) ed al fratello dello scomparso Dead, con varie foto, rare e di repertorio.
