La raccolta celebra i quasi dodici mesi trascorsi fino alla pubblicazione dellansi:{2019}album HUNKY DORY nel dicembre 1971 con home demos, BBC radio sessions e registrazioni live e studio.
DIVINE SYMMETRY di DAVID BOWIE contiene 48 tracce/demo del periodo e nuovi mix alternativi delle tracce di HUNKY DORY per mano del co-produttore originale Ken Scott.
Due libri accompagnano DIVINE SYMMETRY, un libro a copertina rigida di 100 pagine con memorabilia esclusiva e foto, insieme ad una replica del composito di 60 pagine di notebooks di Bowie dellansi:{2019}era con i testi scritti a mano, disegni dei costumi, note di registrazione e set list.
