Il pianista Andrew von Oeyen divide la sua vita artistica e personale fra Parigi e Los Angeles. Non è un caso quindi che il programma del suo album di debutto per Warner Classics comprenda autori come Saint-Saëns, Ravel e Gershwin.Andrew è nato e cresciuto negli USA (ma di origini tedesche e olandesi), formatosi alla prestigiosa Juilliard School di New York, e ha fatto il suo debutto come concertista alletà di soli 16 anni con la Los Angeles Philharmonic diretta da Esa-Pekka Salonen.In questo progetto discografico viene affiancato dalla PFK Prague Philharmonia diretta da Emmanuel Villaume.
