La cosa più emozionante vista dal vivo dai tempi del concerto londinese di Jimi Hendrix al Marquee Club negli anni Sessanta... così Elton John ha definito i 2 CELLOS, il duo di violoncellisti sloveno-croato che ha voluto a suo fianco nel suo ultimo tour mondiale. I 2Cellos sono Luka ulic e Stjepan Hauser. Di formazione musicale classica, nel 2011 creano il duo e pubblicano un video musicale su YouTube - la cover di Smooth Criminal di Michael Jackson - diventando un vero e proprio fenomeno del web con oltre 3 milioni di visualizzazioni solo nella prima settimana. Nello stesso anno esce 2Cellos, il primo album cui fa seguito nel 2013 In2ition, disco ricco di molte collaborazioni: Zucchero con Il Libro dellamore The Book of Love dei Magnetic Fields diventata famosa con Peter Gabriel; leroe delle sei corde Steve Vai in Highway to Hell degli AC/DC, e in Clocks dei Coldplay la star cinese del pianoforte LangLan.Fonte: Sony Music
