Sean Vatter ha 29 anni e con ilsuo collega Demetrius Hicks fanno parte di un piccolo gruppo di agentidella polizia di confine dediti al controllo delle frontiere ed abloccare il flusso della droga. Mentre il noto narco-trafficante MemoGamboa è in cella, si scatena una lotta intestina tra bande rivali peril controllo del business. Sean e Demetrius si trovano coinvolti in unaavventura mozzafiato tra il confine messicano e Los Angeles. Vittima diquesta "guerra" è le moglie di Sean che viene uccisa durante unoscontro.
