No Jacket Required e il terzo album in studio del batterista e cantautore inglese Phil Collins. E stato pubblicato il 18 febbraio 1985 dalla Virgin Records nel Regno Unito e il 25 febbraio 1985 dalla Atlantic e dalla WEA a livello internazionale. Dopo aver terminato gli impegni in tour con i Genesis e aver lavorato con Eric Clapton nel 1984, Collins ha ripreso la sua carriera da solista e ha iniziato a lavorare a un nuovo album. Decise consapevolmente di scrivere canzoni piu uptempo e orientate al ballo, dato che molto del suo materiale precedente era stato influenzato dalle questioni legate al suo primo divorzio. L\'album vede la partecipazione di Helen Terry, Peter Gabriel e Sting come coristi. Alcune canzoni, come "Don\'t Lose My Number" e "Sussudio", erano basate sull\'improvvisazione, mentre altre, come "Long Long Way to Go", avevano un messaggio politico.
