Casey e Juliette sono due giovani americani che si incontrano e si innamorano durante un viaggio in Europa. Quando alla ragazza viene diagnosticata una grave malattia, Casey decide di tornare al suo oscuro passato per pagare le cure mediche che potrebbero salvarla.
